Do you make custom orders?Yes, we specialize in custom orders. If you can't find what you are looking for on our website, then please contact us with specifications, brief information, and images of what you need. Our designers will use the information you provide to design an electronic sample (E-Sample) for you. The design will be emailed to you for review and approval. During the design stage, you are free to make multiple changes uintill you are satisfied. When you approve the design, then we move your order into production.

Do I have to pay for shipping?No, you do not have to pay for shipping because we offer free shipping across Canada.

How long does it take for my order to ship?Our current lead time is 7 business days from the approval of your electronic sample (design). As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Do you gift-wrap?Yes we do; when you place your order, please indicate that it is for a gift and we will make sure your order is packaged as a gift.

Do I have to pay before my order is moved to production?We usually require a $30 down payment for first time customers before we move your order to production. This amount is usually paid after you approve the electronic sample of your order. Once your order is ready to ship we will contact you to pay the outstanding balance as we get ready to ship your order.

Does my order come with a Warranty?Yes, your order comes with a 12-month Warranty Certificate. If the product is damaged in transit or deteriorates within the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge with no questions asked.
