SHIPPING POLICY
Our current lead time is 7 business days from approval of your Electronic Sample (design). We offer free standard shipping across Canada; customers who prefer expedited shipping methods, are required to pay for shipping. As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can track your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the unique nature of our products and personalizations associated with our products, we regret to say that we do not accept returns or exchange. This explains why during the design process, we encourage you to review the electronic sample of your order and make as many changes as you want. You order is moved into production only when you are satisfied and approve the design of your order.
